Since it's been requested to provide a summary: While there are literally hundreds of changes, I'll just highlight the main points: Superbike reduced to 1 race of 12 laps Formula Ultra introduced as the premiere class of 15 laps and the #1 plate holder class Novice graduation requirements have changed significantly. Minor tweaks to all classes Elimination of Intermediate Introduction of Graduated Novice Removal of 748s in Middleweight twins, but inclusion in superbike Novice races are scored and count to a novice championship F118 renamed to sportsman and counts to a championship again Creation of a new committee called the Competition Committee that will be responsible for punishments, penalties, etc. Please actually read this cover to cover. The only chapter that has not really changed is the one with all the diagrams on how to safety wire and prepare the bike.
