How do you run vins to make sure it's not stolen prior to bringing it up here? I called the Blaine Police Dept they said talk to US Port of entry. Called them they said there not allowed to just do vin checks etc for anyone. Carfax etx doesn't work for bikes. One guy I talked to actually said, buy it then find out at the border. I proceeded immediately with but then won't I get in trouble for having stolen property, be out the money and have it seized. He said yes.
