It certainly was from my vantage point in the tower. Don't ever do that again, Kyle, you scared the crap out of me! I'm so glad it wasn't as bad as it initially looked. I saw you launch but trees obscured the view of where you landed. I saw the medics bring the backboard onto the track so I knew you hadn't got up yet. Get well, buddy, and see you soon!
Kyle, I was in T 3 when you crashed... for once, someone crashed in a corner where I wasn't! I saw the video - nice save in 2, nasty highside though. I had the same shoulder anterior dislocation in 2008 - takes about 2 weeks for a range of motion to return and the pain to subside, and about another 4 to 6 weeks of physio to get back to normal. Good luck with the recovery - and I have a very heavy duty adjustable sling with adjustable/removeable side-pad/bolster if you need it... it worked very well for me and kept my shoulder at the best angle for recovery, and made sleeping much easier.
