Motion to accept was made by Nick Dudziak, seconded by Andrew Marles. Treasurer Report: Our current bank balance as of June 7 was $80,075.13 Costs incurred this month included Ambulance, Radios, maintenance supplies such as fire extinguisher charging, programs, tech stickers, and admin fees. Upcoming bills include track rental, operations staff, race school lap tops, and estimated balance after the outstanding payments is $68.010.58 Promotions: Jay Tait reported that our upcoming event weekend will include Gold Cup, The Race of Champions (with prize money to be awarded) and Bernie’s track walk. There will be no Taste of Racing on Saturday due to a very full schedule and the track walk, but we should have time for it on Sunday. New Business: Thank you to Nicky Furtado and Allan Hay for taking care of mounting some cold fire extinguishers to the crash truck! REMINDER, it is MANDATORY for all racers to have an extinguisher (ABC 535lb) displayed in their pit area, preferably one per rider. You must also have your race number displayed on the extinguisher. We will be checking the pits during the upcoming rounds. Be prepared not to race if you do not have a fire extinguisher in your pits! It is also a requirement that you have your medical form in your leathers, and you will not pass tech without one. The form is available on line, and also at registration. We are also looking into the option of a med tech tag which would attach to your helmet. Another reminder for tech, is that all electronic devices that are being used on the track must also accompany your bike to tech. Thank you to everyone that registered for the last rounds! I think everyone can agree that registration was quick and painless! One last reminder that if you are not preregistered for the next rounds, you will be assessed a late fee at registration. Again, preregistering does not place a charge on your credit card, you are not charged until you check in on race day. If you need assistance with the process, please reach out to us, we are happy to assist you! Of note, our meeting venue at Boston Pizza did not work out as planned, so please watch for the announcement for our new meeting place, TBA, ASAP! Allan Hay motioned that the meeting be adjourned at 7:40, seconded by Jay Tait. Minutes submitted by Pam Black.
