Motion to accept was made by Nick Dudziak, seconded by Jay Tait Treasurer Report: Brett Hanson advised our current bank balance as of January 7th was $106,161.91. Outstanding bills include Bike Show costs, clothing order, BC Society Registration, Decoder, track rental deposit, and AGM food with an estimated balance of $89,415.92 Promotions: We hope to see you at the Bike Show, January 19-21!! Please see us there to purchase your race license for 2018 and to check out our new merchandise and order your favorites! Thsirts will be $23, Hoodies will be $36 and a Hoody with a zipper will be $40. Jay Tait is pleased to announce, that for the first time in a very long time, all classes run at the WMRC this season have sponsors! Updates to follow, but thank you to everyone who sponsored a class, it is going to be a great season! New Business: Our new timing system decoder has arrived, and thank you to John Cathie for facilitating this purchase. John confirms that the new system is compatible with our AMB transponders, no need to worry. Allan Hay advised that the air fence has been delivered for repair. We will be implementing an awards system with a punch card for track set up and tear down. A punch card will be provided and once you have 6 holes in your card, you get a free tshirt. The rule book will be available on line the week of January 15, please review carefully to be sure you are track ready! Your Race License must be purchased before you are able to register on line this year, so please take care of your renewal ASAP. Your license fee will include your gate pass (1) and 1 medical tag for your helmet. Additional gate passes and tags may be purchased with your license.
