Just wondering if the Yamaha WR250X is eligible for this class? Going by the rule book, I can't see any reason why it wouldn't be.
As far as I know the class is for 250 production street bikes so as long as the WR is street legal (which it is) you are in.
They are legal unless you start winning on one, then they're not legal. :stomp: Don't buy a cheater bike, get a Ninja/ZZR250 or a Hyosung GT250 or a CBR250.
Cheater bike:jerkoff:? Not according to the rules. We'll see what happens. May just stick with OSS and Superbike, but the 250 class looks like it'd be a blast if there were more bikes out there.
Hey crazy you will be welcome in the class. You do realize of course that neither Dean or I are on the executive or the rules committee so you will have to wait for them to give you a ruling but we did have a WR 250 out on the track last year.
as long as it is a 4 stroke production street based motorcycle that is 250CC and under, it will be eligible.
I'm just busting his balls. I think there will be a decent size grid in 250 next season. I'd get a WR too if it was in my budget.
Look at you throwing stones now Mr. I own a bike shop. Sheesh, I remember when you were just a young, slow, regular employed guy and now you're picking on our smaller club members. Shame...........
