Rule Change

I would like to propose a rule book change. Under " Middleweight Twins ( up to 700cc Twin cylinder motorcycles and open Singles)". I would like to see Twin cyl. 750cc Air cooled two valve twins added to the middle weight class. OMRRA, WMRRA and EMRA all allow these bikes in their 650SS or middleweight twins classes.

I'm liking this.

That would make old Triumph's, Norton's - even some Jap stuff like the KZ's - legal for MWTwins! You just know I'll be ALL OVER this one... So I'm guessing you're starting to work on your project?

Rick, did you find an old 70s Ducati Supersport? Or are you thinking Norton Commando?

 

Rick always goes Commando.

 

Commando is the only way to go..............but I'll be leaving my Commando at home, too nice to race but I do have a quick 74 Triumph 750 T140 that I want to get back on the track.

Wait...I'm confused. If you want a rule change, but aren't coming back to race or participate, then what's the impetus for the change?

I was just referring to my old job as referee. I have a couple of bike projects on the go so hopefully i can finish at least one :-D

If we need a member/class participant to be involved, I would support this change.

 

When do you think we can see the new rule book? Before the end of the season I hope !
