license and extra gate pass?

    I got my license yesterday in the mail and wondering where is the extra gate pass i pay $50 season, is it with my license or ??
    I renew license at bike show $150 and $50 gate pass =$200 and i purchase extra gate pass for my helper $50 total $250
    now where/how can he get in
    just use with my license??
    anyway, thanks for the license but would like to clearify that issue.
