Can race license be purchased at the track on race day?

This is embarrassing but, I just realized that I have not sent my application in! I could mail it today but am worried it won't arrive in time. Do I have another option? Can I bring the application with me and pay on the first race day?

Gail had it at the track on sunday you just needed to ask her for it . It's now in the mail.

 

Great! Gail seemed busy all day Sunday and I didn't want to bother her, I intended on picking it up at the end of the day. However after stacking up airfence and hay bails, I packed up my pit and forgot about the licence. That is why I asked if it would be mailed.
