    1. sec 7.9 is amended from Formula Rules to Superbike rules. Bikes with a 20hp and 100 lb weight advantage should be racing up a stock class not down.
    2. open SS be changed to 600 sbk. There is only 1 class for 600 cc bikes and 3 for 1000cc. Run 600's at the same time as 1000 if there is not enough time slots.
3 sec 7.4 Kawasaki allowed to use aftermarket exhaust. Must be under 45hp so use of type of exhaust is not relevant and running a cat converter is not the safest.
4 on dyno days, bikes are given a cool down lap or fans supplied.
5 LWSS remove requirement for stock exhaust
    6 MWSBK amend age from 15yrs to 20yrs for 600 & 636. 120hp shouldn’t run with 80hp sv 650’s

    1. Fix the table of contents and page numbers
    2. Update Chapter 2 to match with Figure 3. (These two items list committees, executive, and race staff)
    3. Update rule numbers to be chapter.rule format in all chapters, as in the fifth rule in chapter 17 would be 17.5. Right now about half of the chapters are done this way.
    4. In chapter 4 (number plates) replace instances of "should" with "shall" or "must" to remove ambiguity.

I'd like to second Reed's proposals affecting LWSS and LWSBK. There are going to be more and more Ninja 400s in LWSS, and we're the only club with these special restrictions.

I'd also like to propose that we update "Chapter 4 - Number Plate Requirements" to reflect how we've all been doing number plates on newer bikes. That way, we can officially accept what's already out there, and clarify what's really expected for new racers.
    • I don't think many people are using rectangular number plates
    • A lot of people use a single number across the tail, since there isn't room for 2 separate number places on both sides of the tail (would require 14" across the narrow part of the tail)
    • Even then, it's challenging to get 2-3 5" numbers + 1" border across the narrowest part of the tail (unless you're going with very skinny, stretched out numbers --which could probably be harder to read)
