We have a promotions department but i would like to see someone communicating with TV, radio and print or online that helps promote the racing club. I dont know if this is through promotions or if someone else needs to do or help out with the job. I think some free advertising can help with volunteers, spectators and riders. Not trying to necessarily spend a pile of club money, just send stuff to media pre and post race with a couple pics and maybe there is a win in there.
Brian Jensen is promotions director this year, I'm sure he'd be thrilled if you wanted to help him out with things. wmrcpromotions@gmail.com is the quickest way to connect with him.

Downplay the organization and put the person in the forefront.
