I had a few good laps during the last Int 600 SS race, kept relaxed and things felt right but there is no way I did a 1:09 - nope- sorry.

the next lap indicates a 1:25, pretty sure I never hit that pace either... when I add those two laps together and divide by 2 I get two 1:17 laps. Does that kind of magic math make sense to anyone?

I reiterate, would love to say I did and more importantly would love to actually be able to do it, but I didn't do a 1:09 Sunday.

    just sayin ... :)

    see ya at the banquet!!

Your math makes sense ...but you should have seen your family's faces when the 1:09 was announced! It was almost believable the way you were pulling up toward the front :D

Yep that's what happens when your transponder goes intermittent and we have to score you manually. I radioed the announcer and told him it was a bogus time. Don't know if he passed that tidbit on to the masses.

Sorry to burst your balloon, big guy.

Cool, if we're coming clean I couldn't manage that lap time either this year. maybe next year.

That's it, I'm using only one battery all year.
