Question Abotu helmets

    Some of the newer helmets comming out are not Snell approved they are now both
    DOT and ECE R22.05 Certified. (Scorpion EXO-750)

    Would the ECE certification be good for the races or do i need to start looking for a new helmet?

    ECE is good world wide. SNELL is a North American standard. your good to go. My Shark is ECE too.

    The WMRC only requires DOT certification. Personally, I don't ride with anything less than ECE 22.05. I've wrecked a few helmets and have not had concussion from ECE rated helmets, and I've rung my bell very hard a couple of times.
