If I wanted to will I be able to keep my race number now that I'v been bumped to intermediate? According to the rule book its not a novice number. Also is it legal to have black outline around the Numbers?
If you have been bumped to Intermediate, you will get a new number outside of the 700-999 range which is Novice numbers only. New Race numbers are assigned after the applications have all come in around the beginning of March and the licenses are mailed out.
