I really don't want to spend the $400+ in the US, anywhere local to do it? I only need 2nd and 3rd done anyways. TIA.
http://www.vangear.com/Services.html I don't know if it would cost less or if they will do it but they're local, been around awhile so worth a call?
 I bet some of your competition would love to cut down some of your gears........for free.
I called them, all gone home, retry in the AM. Hahahaa, I am not fast enough anymore to be a threat to most, Although I wouldn't mind winning Formula 40,
Last suggestion and my good deed for the day: http://www.iwerearendsonly.com/index.php They may be able to suggest a shop in BC
If your doing it because it's popping out of gear it's too late. The problem is by the time you machine off enough to get the dogs sharp again you are through the case hardening. I would suggest very slow deliberate positive shifts (especially when in Senior SBK )
Hahahaaa, I have new gears, just want to help stop it, Not sure which class I am going to do, Senior or Formula 40,
I did my ZX6 gears in the shop. It took about 3 Hrs. and $150.00 worth of carbide end mills and the results were so so. Try Sharprite grinding in Coquitlam. They should be able to grind them but you will need to tell them exactly what you want. If that doesn't work try Mongoose Machine in Poco. If that doesn't work try slooow, deliberate shifts...
