Prizes! I have to mention the 2009 Ninja 250 from http://www.burnabykawasaki.com/. Thanks Brian and crew, this is huge for us. We’ll add a Pacific Riding School full MSA course, and a Tap-Moto jacket and gloves. From Tony at http://thumphoto.zenfolio.com/, not only did Tony provide pictures for poster the last few years, but he’s also offered up your year in racing at Mission Raceway (the 2010 WMRC Series) which includes a full size poster so you can remember what a star you were! From Gio and Troy at http://www.westcoastsuperbikeschool.com/, a full Race School and an Advanced Riding School (ART). For a day of fun and excitement, best grin for the buck in BC. From my friends Jacquie and Brent, 2 box seats to see the Canucks play Detroit. In the Arthur Griffiths Suite, center ice! The view is awesome, and the company should be grand. Thanks to them and Mrs. Griffiths for her generosity. Again, Graham Turner at http://www.showcasesnowboards.com/, a top notch snow board. 3 years ago he brought a Ducati Snowboard and Ross Rebagliati, so we’ll see what happens! Brenda from http://www.bitchingear.biz/, one of my favorite donors, and her awesome group of volunteers and friends, will be showing and donating some of her new line, http://www.gearup.to/. Also for the ladies, BWM Canada has come to the table again with a Ladies Riding Suit http://www.bmw-motorrad.ca/En/rider_equipment.php Very nice and well received! Another of the many prizes that come from big hearted private donors, Dale and Keiko have donated 3 autographed pictures from Nicky Hayden, Casey Stoner, and Valentino Rossi. Thanks. Follow that kind gesture with a MotoGP team shirt from Rizla Team Suzuki. It’s autographed by star riders Capirossi and Vermeulen. Not available at any store I might add ;-) And I am happy to add, a 1 hour scenic flight from Tim on BCSB. Flight for 2 that is. More soon I’m sure! Thanks. Bernie

There will be tickets at the door, I'm pretty sure, but you will be in a longer line, and no chance at the early bird prize, so go see........ Excellent, thanks Nancy. I believe Tony from ThumPhoto, the generouos person who offered up the 'year in pictures with poster' for ego maniacs, I mean sponsor thankers, goes to the Pitt Meadows Track Days as well.
And then Adam Robarts drops this big pile of goddies in my lap today! Honda Canada sent 5 T-shirts, 2 jackets (1 mens 1 womens), 14 hats Carter will provide 2 leather jackets(1 womens 1 mens) 2- spring tune up gift certificates with oil change(approx,$ 150 value each ) 2- $100 gift cert. for store I think a couple of grand in top quality goodies was worth adding to the list! Thanks Adam, Thanks Carter, Thanks Honda Canada.
Thanks. Thanks you very much to the WMRC for prizes, and especially to those that showed up. We had fun, did some good, I think we promoted racing a bit, and some of us had a hangover as an added bonus. I think I'll go back to race bikes as prizes though. Last year I hoped for $10,000, and got over 17. This year I figured somewhere inbetween, thanks to the stupid Olympics and damn recession, and that's about where we ended up. Still, in the end, I know there's a bunch of kids, and their parents, that would like to say thank you. So do I. Thanks very much. Bernie
