    Hey guys,

    Just asking for some advice.
I have got some rims that need track tires

    Stock sizing is 100/80-17 and 140/70-17 for a zzr250

I want suggestions for wet and dry as I will have two sets of rims.

    Cheers

    Ross

    Are you running stock sizes?

    Any other suggestions?

Those 125GP tires may be too small for a ZZR250. They have slightly bigger wheels than the 250R. I'm running a 110 front and a 140 rear on mine.

thats the posted size not the actually sizes the rear is the same size as a 600 front. For the cbr we run 125gp tires on it. but it could be run on 2 front tires.

Its worth buying a pair of take offs and give it a try. Many rz350's ran 125 gp tires along with many small displacement bikes.

The RZ's still run those tyres today. On 3.0 fronts and 3.5 rears. They also fit on 2.75's. Rim sizes that is...

If you really want to know what fits on what, what's recommended, what might work, check this link out [it's a PDF]:

And where does one find 125gp tires for sale?

Now I know they are "sport touring tires" but what if I put a couple of Michelin Road 3s on the little ZZR 250. How many people would I be pissing off then?
