Well, after info from Georgie I called MSpeed to reserve a transponder. They made it so very easy! I just wanted to pass out a huge thank you to everyone I've spoken with in the WMRC group, I've dealt with Jay, Pam, Georgie, Dean and many others with questions, tech, et cetera for my upcoming race year as a new (this time lol) racer. Everyone I have dealt with is their own individual personality, but also a member of a wonderful team. The aid provided to this novice racer has been huge, so kudos to you all!
