2nd Monday of the Month of November at Ricky's in Langley. Same place as our monthly meetings. All WMRC official meetings are held at Ricky's in Langley at that time.
October Monthly Meeting Date needs to be Addressed October is of course Thanksgiving Month. This coincides with the Monday Monthly meeting date. Is it possible for us to Move the October Monday Monthly Meeting one day forward and have it on Tuesday the 14th instead at the Same Time and Place? It would seem to make much more sense than skipping October, Thoughts everyone? Best regards, Blair
The answer is unfortuantely nothing else works. As a meeting has been requested the meeting will continue to be held on Monday, Oct. 13th. Same time, Same place. The executive will be there, everyone else should be. Happy Thanksgiving!
October Monthly Meeting Since most would not be expecting a regular Monthly Meeting to be held on a Statuary Holiday, I would like to suggest and recommend that an Email Blast be sent out to all the members letting them know this so that those wanting to attend will be informed that the October Monthly Meeting will be held on Monday the 13th, Thanksgiving day, Thanks and best regards, Blair
Due to the change in Canadian legislation, we no longer have an email list to "blast". This is something we are currently working on.
Blair can maybe request a US Air Force Psy Ops C-130 to drop pamphlets informing the civilian population of the lower mainland about this meeting. ;-)
This thread is about the AGM Ted (not the regular monthly meeting you're talking about for Oct 13th). Better post that request in the right spot!
