At least they'll be paying cash instead of credit towards tires...though to a racer, tires is the closest thing to currency lol

Are the michealins stiff like dunlops, or soft like pirelli?

    - i cannot spell michealin or pirelli, and probably never will be able to.

Does the $1000 for intermediate 600 mean that once they have paid out $1000 for the season, they no longer offer contingency?

Jay, The Michelin's are a much stiffer carcass than Pirellis...but then again so is every manufacture. If your suspension isn't set-up really well then pirelli's probably be a better choice since they are more forgiving. There are many times when I should have lowsided, but the carcass flattens out and grips amazing...but if they aren't paying out....
1000$ total for that race that day
oh and yes Jay I run 14 - 48 gearing. Yours is an 09 with a much different transmission and more power...I wouldn't suggest my gearing, being an 08

Alex shouldn't you be running a 190 rear? Nikola told me you have a 500 2 stroke for next year...

Unfortunately, I was outbid in the last few minutes on that ex-Barry Sheene GP500 bike. So it looks like we're back with the RZ, which is now a RZ/TZ hybrid. You know I favour looks over performance, so skinny 17" rims it is! 80's style...:)

A little birdy told me it isn't Adam or Marbod selling the tires this year.

There should be an announcement next week from what I heard.

I'll have a post up shortly, but I have started a new business venture G3 Motorsports and I will be the Michelin vendor for Mission. We will be a full service vendor meaning we also offer mounting and balancing of these great tires.

Pricing should be available soon, just waiting for updated pricing from Michelin. Anyone wanting more information on the Michelin tires or would like to pre-order for the season or Thunderhill, please call me at 604-307-8303 or email ryanwhittle at shaw dot ca
