This years show times are: Wed Jan 19, Set up (Open at 8am) not sure what time we are setting up yet Thur Jan 20, 3pm to 9pm Fri Jan 21, 10am to 9pm Sat Jan 22, 10am to 9pm Sun Jan 23, 10am to 5pm (Tear down 5pm to 10pm) If you are available please indicate the day that you can work, the time of the day you are available and your contact information. I have some food vouchers here for the volunteers ... I will drop them off at the pub with your name in the first week of january or it or is it easier if i gave it to nicolas? Also can you split some of these to westcoast super school volunteers?
Droping them at the Roo's is fine just be sure to put my name and WMRC on them. I will be sure to talk with Troy and Gio to make sure they get some as well. Thanks Again!
I'll be at the Suzuki booth again this year. Could you guys have a box of schedules set aside for me so I can hand them out while I sign posters?
I'm working on the posters and cards currently. Just waiting on dates and any final sponsor logos. If they are printed in time for the bike show, which depends on when we get our race dates, then I will make sure you have posters for your booth. How many do you expect to need?
Not many posters, whatever you can spare. I will need a box of the business card size schedules to hand out though, in past years most people accept a schedule over a poster. I'll be signing my own race posters & Suzuki posters. Thanks Jayson!!

Hey you would be volunteers! I have sent everyone an email that is on the schedule but need to make sure that you all are good to go. If any other members would like to help out at the bike show there is still Friday 9:30 to 3:30 shifts available and a possible spot on Sun to relieve Tom O who is doing two days. Schedule: Wed: set up Thurs: Ryan Whittle and Joe Rupich 2:30 to 9 Fri: Volunteer #1 and Volunteer #2 9:30 to 3:30, Blair Layton 3:30 to 9, James Nadolny 6-9. Sat: Teresa Hurrell and Tom O 9:30 to 3:30, Angus Barrie and Dave Collis 3:30 to 9. Jayson Lynch and Mike Thompson floating. Sun: Tom O and Bez Cajee 9:30 to 3:30, Dave Collis and Chad Gibson 1:30 to 6. Followed by tear down.
