HAHAHA.....that's awesome! Linda, which bike was it that crashed 'In pieces' in T7, 8 and 9? What happened and was the rider ok?
Actually.....the "two" stooges were pretty "entertaining"....to say the least!!! Pow chicka pow woooowwwww!!!!!!!! (or....brown chicken brown cow) Hmmmmm......can't remember the number sorry...208-80-88-86-???!!! I'm confused!!! The rider........totally fine!!! Mind you.....my "active" was up and helping in no time.....HE'S GOOD!!!! Let say that he "learned" a valuable lesson....and changed "position"...
Are we talking about the crash in the heavy weight/middle weight superbike class? I grid filled that one, came out of T7 and watched a bike sliding with lots of sparks, straight past T8 and towards the straight. Think I saw the gas tank come flying off as well...
I was more concerned watching Ken Botham rolling on the track, let alone his multiple bike parts that were everywhere! Luckily, he's an old pro and he didn't need repairs!
Looks like I am napping in the first one - got to downed bike in record time though! The gas tank was about the only thing that stayed on the bike - all the plastics came off, and the battery took off and nearly made it to the front straight... quite the yard sale. Rider was totally fine. As for my sniper position behind the hale bales, I am always trying to find different positions to shoot photos from - the usual 'bike sweeping through T1' gets old fast...here is one of the 'sniper shots' :
