That's right big fella. RIght into it.........no practice........unless you show up Friday for the trackday.
fax? We don't do fax....Fill out the form and mail it off to the address on the form. or scan it and send it to me or Gail. Preferably Gail, as she does the licenses.
Sorry Simon, this time you are incorrect. Saturday is round 1 and Sunday is round 2. This is also the first wekend for the WCC.
I can't find the info on the web here but I could have sworn we all agreed on Sat practice day, I believe the cards and poster I have at work also say this. I'll check on Wednesday,
If they are 2009 posters and cards you'd be right! This year is unique in that the WCC is running on our first weekend. It's the only non-conflicting date, so there is no practice on the Saturday. If a racer really needs to practice, Troy has a trackday on the Friday.
The second set of Med and Fast practices will use your fastest practice lap to determine your WCC qualifing order
LOL that is too funny. I think we all need to practice, well maybe not you. I think it is reasonable that our first date has been a practice day ( this has been discussed at previous club meetings and the concensus was that the day was required for safety, think early 2008 when i went to them) but to just say "if" you need the practice is kinda funny. I cant make this weekend so all the best and safe riding to all. Have a good one.
Our other double header weekend conflicted with CMRA, so we had to do the first weekend as WCC. Nikola has posted the schedule for this weekend and it was discussed a few meetings ago that both days of the first weekend this year were race days.
Dave, I meant that if the practice was important to the racer, take the Friday off of work and practice. Lord knows I need more seat time than most.
Nikola has posted the Saturday race schedule in the News section... I would call the practices what they actually are - qualifying sessions. Less confusion. alex
Damn! i just noticed the ''sat only schedule'' ...1-fast warm-up ..1-slow/med warm-up ,thats gonna be jam packed..then straight to 600's qualifiers by 930AM , and so on with Open QF, SB QF, etc... I realize there is a track day friday. But not everyone can or afford to take it off. The first saturday of the schedule should always be left to practice I feel for this particular track. If that meant not having a WCC round, then so be it, Safety first. I cant race that weekend, but to ALL safe racing!! Especially Saturday...
