Pre-Registration for 2010 now open!

Pre-Registration for 2010 is NOW OPEN! If you registered previously, as in before this announcement and without my asking you to register as a tester, you MUST register again, as I deleted all the previous pre-reg entries.

There was one final change I made to the pre-reg system. This will not affect current entries, but keep in mind that If you register for middleweight twins, you cannot enter heavyweight twins. The same goes for middleweight superbike and heavyweight superbike. You can only enter one. This is as per Rick Johnson and Nikola Racunica's instructions to me. Just like if you enter senior superbike, you cannot enter F40, and vice versa.

 

How do we handle the registration for WCC for the twin class?

Just a reminder to all that pre-registration closes 1 week before the races, and this year we WILL be charging late registration fees to WMRC members. Get pre-registered now!

 

Did you post this on the Edmonton/ Calgary/ Seattle websites?

 

I think it only does that if you hit 'BACK' to go back a screen.

 

I see your registration in the database a number of times, but you are not filling out all the fields correctly. The last time, you missed your email address! You must add it in on the line that says "Your confirmation will be sent here". You also chose Aermacchi as your bike make and 85CC as your displacement. The only 2 fields you don't have to fill out are sponsors and additional comments.

We need bike models accurate as that is what is going to appear on our new scoring sheets.

I know it's gotta be written/posted somewhere but I'm clearly missing it.

Where can I find the actual costs for race fees?

 

Right from the blue bar on the registration form:

Classes - Consult the rulebook for class details.
One bike per entry form.
Race Fees are: $95 Superbike, $75 First Trophy class, $65 Second Trophy Class, 3rd Trophy Class $40.
$65 F-118, $85 Novice. All sportsman type classes are $25 after your first trophy class.
All entries must include $30 Medical Fee!!

So, as a novice, you will pay $85 plus a $30 medical fee for a total of $115 for the day. Gate entry is $10 payable at the gate.

Remember that these fees currently include GST, but will go up once HST is implemented on July 1st.

I missed the reg (was on holidays) but myself and 2 others are coming up from Calgary.

Awesome news! We'll get you to you at registration in the morning. It would be awesome if you could come in right at 7am for those who missed the pre-registration. Bring a copy of your race license from CMRA, EMRA, or WMRC as well as your transponder so we can verify the number.
