Better late than ever, mspeedPerformance will be having it's 6th annual Dyno Day on Sunday, April 25th. " Beverages" and Appies supplied as usual. Prizes for most hp for 600's, Twins and Literbikes. We've always had this on Saturdays before but due to MAS Dyno only being available on this date, Sunday the 25th it is. We'll start around 11 and keep going till the city shuts us down. If you can RSVP , it'll help with getting provisions. See you there!!!
There's another 1200 gallons of Storm Brewing's finest waiting for you, Brett. That probably leaves Jason and Dean high and dry though...
When I left my 08 ZX10r was highest at 160.6. My K3 gixxer 600 came in at 103.8. The Busa was 158+, the nitrous equipped ZX12 was 160. less than 6, so very close to me (and would have rocked over 200 with the bottle, I am told).
PM me more... Mods are PC5 with autotune running in active mode, +/- 20% (risky, I know). Blocked off air injection. FMF pipe, no baffle. Gutted cat. TRE (awesome effect on this bike, probably the only mod I should have done). Servo eliminator. Race Teched front and rear.
Yes, it did have that damn eject button. Also had Kawasaki race ECU (No rev limiter), Kawasaki race head gasket (Both KR parts ordered through Kawasaki rep direct from Japan- can only be done twice a year), Stock pipe no baffle but butterfly valve for low grunt, Shaved fly wheel (super fast spool up) and K&N filter. one down in front and 3 up in the rear. Only thing I wouldn't redo is 1/4 turn cammed throttle. I loved that bike. My next mods would have been suspension.
Jay, I took off the eject button and had your mechanic stall it on your seven fiddy.....with a small donation from Welton of course. Number 97 should be a thrill to watch this year.
Yeah, edit my earlier post to read that the TRE is the only engine mod I should have done. The Racetech parts and resprung front transformed the bike, it no longer kicks me in the ass, runs wide, or hunts around. Laser like now. Honda like... Did you ever dyno it? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ltNhAyv1CCc
Hmmm, I wondered what all that popping noise was on the dyno yesterday .... here I thought it was just a little pump gas detonation... might have been a little lean, I was trying to sandbag the numbers on the dyno....:devil:
