Vancouver Motorcycle Show Volunteer schedule.

I've added Rusty to Sunday's schedule. We still need more help for Tear Down, and Friday and Saturday nights, and Sunday afternoon.

 

I can be there Saturday or Sunday any time frame.........except Sunday when Rusty's there!.........lol......

 

I've added Blair, James and Tom to the schedule.

 

I don't see my name on the schedule Jayson? I am most likely available on the sunday and could help with tear down if that is what is needed. Ryan

 

Sorry Ryan, I got your PM too. I've put you in for Sunday all day, just shoot me a PM or phone me and I can adjust that to work with your schedule. Tear down is where I will need the most help.

 

Still need 1 or 2 more for saturday night.

 

Jayson, I could help out if I wasn't already dividing my time volunteering to help at two other booths at the show. I will see you there though.

NEW FOR THIS YEAR!!!! VOLUNTEERS WILL NEED TO PICK UP THERE PASSES FROM ME BEFORE THE EVENT. THE MOTORCYCLE SHOW WILL NO LONGER HAVE YOUR PASSES AT THE DOOR!!

 

Hi, How are you planning on disbursing the show passes?

Mailing them out would be a lot less expensive than everyone driving to pick them up,

that might be a little tough Blair, as typically, they used give out all the passes on the night of set up. I'm not sure our mail system is that fast, or can deliver on weekends.

 

I will have them at the meeting on the 18th, if not I only live a few blocks from the Tradex and volunteers can call me to arrange to pick them up if I am not already at the show.

 

I can help out on saturday 5-9. Let me know.

Just a reminder to everyone working the show........

We'll be telling people about racing, the dates, taste of racing and WCSS but don't forget to mention we have lots of oppertunites for people to experience the speed and the races by corner Marshaling (Best seat in the house). Invite them out to try even if they just come out to see their friends or spouses race. We have some of the best out there to train them.
