Hey everyone, It's that time again, The 2010 VMS is just around the corner and it's time to set up the volunteer schedule. I will be there everyday, so you won't see my name on the schedule, but I would like to have 2 other bodies in the booth at all times. Some people have stepped up in advance, so I need 1 more person for Thursday 5-9 and Friday 5-9. The rest of the schedule is open, with Friday day time being the hardest to fill. You need only volunteer for 4 hours but your pass gets you in to the show for the entire day. Please let me know your availability via PM. Jayson

No worries, I appreciate the attempt, but you can't change the schedule from your computer. I change it on mine then upload the new verison to the forum. How does 9-5 Friday work for you?

Ok guys, back on topic.... I've just posted the latest update schedule. We are still weak, Sunday 9-5 and I could use 1 more person Friday 5-9. I really need a Sunday night Tear Down Crew that I can count on as I won't be able to be there for tear down as it's my Mom's 75th birthday. I'm going to add that section to the schedule, it shouldn't take long to tear down as it's just the club banner, tables, picture board and a few other odds and ends that need to be delt with.
