    Cfox radio station used to sponsor some of the races in the 80's , and thats there mascot on the back. I do'nt remmember the rider, #999 at the Nationals ?

    Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure that's the late, great Tom Walther.

    That was 99.3 not 999.

    Yep, you and Mel are correct. Tom had just kicked ass in one of the most thrilling National Superbike races seen at Westwood.

    I'm pretty sure that's the same bike his parents still have. Last I heard, they had been asked to remove it from the museum where it had been stored for a good number of years. I wonder where it is now?
