    Treasurer Report:
Our current bank balance as of December 1, is at $48,150.37 with $80 outstanding for our fee to register under the society act . Estimated balance after the outstanding payments is $48,070.37

We will be attending the bike show this year, and still need some additional volunteers to help in the booth. We are opting for the smaller “Association” booth, which is a much lower cost to the club at $315.00. We are also having a banner made, and the estimated cost will be $375. If you are interested in assisting in the booth please contact Jay Tait.
The promotions team is currently in the process of contacting our 2016 sponsors to thank them for their support.

    New Business:
Rob Schoemeyer spoke on behalf of the Rules Committee and advised that the hope is to have the final rule book revisions completed by the Bike Show. Some of the items include a clarification of the exhaust requirements for certain classes, the addition of a super moto class, and the addition of a minimum age requirement. We have been recently advised by our insurance company that the minimum age to participate in a race event is 16.

Allan Hay reported that the decision has been made to use deck boards for the trailers at a cost of approximately $1,000. The axles still need to be assessed, as well as any tires that need to be replaced and Nick Dudziak has volunteered to take care of that. Work on the trailers will begin in January.

Allan has also been speaking with some potential vendors for the pits next season with that hope that we might have some suspension clinics and other value adds available on track days.

We will be including the gate pass in your race license fee for 2017. License fees will be $175, and the pass will be part of your race license. Please note that you will be required to show your license/pass each time you enter the facility and to security when entering the track after hours on race weekends. The cost for a social membership remains the same, and the cost for additional gate passes will be announced as soon as our race dates are finalized.

We are very close to having our dates and these will be announced as soon as they are confirmed.

Jason Hanson motioned that the meeting be adjourned at 7:59, seconded by Rob Schoemeyer
